How our Shop is dealing with COVID-19

To all our valued friends and family,

Ken’s Garage has been classified as an essential business by the Leavenworth County Health Department and the U.S. Department of Labor, so we will remain open during this stay at home order and are ready to satisfy your automotive repair needs to keep you rolling.

We are taking extra precautions to reduce the risk of potential transmission by:

• Requiring our technicians and office staff to increase hand washing between each transaction, employee and/or customers.
• Using steering wheel covers when an employee gets in a customer’s vehicle to pull into or out of the building.
• Disinfecting high traffic areas through the entire shop several times daily including, but not limited to– Door handles, office desk, computers, phones, light switches, vehicle door handles and steering wheels, credit card machine and many other items.
• Using rubber gloves when working in and around the vehicle, no matter how small the repair may be.
• Practicing social distancing guidelines throughout the entire shop.

We are more than happy to provide free vehicle pick-up and delivery from home or work. We also provide curbside key exchange.

There is also a locked key drop box located outside the main office door on the East side of the building. All of which are options if you are wanting to reduce your risk of exposure.

We have asked our employees to not come into work if they’re not feeling well. Likewise, if you and a loved one isn’t feeling well, give us a call and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment for another day. We also offer the option to pay with credit cards over the phone.
